We offer free shipping for all domestic orders over $49.99:
     
      Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, distance, and delivery methods. All orders under $49.99 will be charged $5.99 for a standard shipping fee. In order to obtain your shipping cost, please add the desired item/s to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your shipping address. You will be shown the available shipping methods, expected in-transit times, and costs. 
     
       Most orders will be processed and (QC) tested and shipped within 24 hours on business days. 90% of our customers receive there orders within 1-3 business days, depending on their U.S. location. 
     
      Our shipping department closes on Sundays and Federal holidays. Saturday Orders are shipped before 12:00 pm PST. Any order received after 12:00 pm PST on Saturday will be shipped out on Monday. Order processing might be delayed if we have to verify your address or order contents. Pre-order or backorder will ship out when the inventory is in stock.

Don't get tricked or lured into cheaper pricing from foreign websites, those orders typically take 20-35 days to receive.

International orders:

  • We ship to Canada and Europe, International orders will ship out through USPS, DHL, and UPS mails. The typical shipping time is 6-14 days. Customers are responsible for import duty or VAT fees when applicable.

Lost or Stolen orders:

  • Brightlumenshop.com is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. When an order has been delivered by a carrier service and shows delivered, it is not our responsibility if a package is stolen afterwards. If you have special instructions for delivery, there's a section right before Checkout, you can add a note to your order. We can also purchase additional insurance coverage for your packages if you feel the need to. Ultimately, if you feel your area is known for package theft/stolen items, please choose a different shipping address that's much safer for you to receive your orders. If you feel more comfortable with a signature confirmation delivery, please send us an email or state in the notes section at checkout you'd prefer a signature confirmation, we will do our best to accommodate that for you.
